2 | Trim fat & cut into pieces | ||
3 | Heat over medium heat. | ||
4 | Sauté on medium heat for about 5 minutes (more if you like onions browned) | ||

6 | Move onions to the sides of the pan, add & saute for 5 minutes per side. | ||
7 | Drain juices. | ||
8 | Add & mix. | ||
9 | Add , cover & cook for 5 about minutes until mushrooms are soft. | ||
10 | Drain mushroom juice. | ||
11 | Add ,. | ||
12 | Increase heat to medium high & cook down sauce, about 8 minutes. | ||
13 | Serve over pasta. |
