Directions:
1 Slice ,.
2 Trim fat & cut into pieces
3 Heat over medium heat.
4 Sauté on medium heat for about 5 minutes (more if you like onions browned)
5 Meanwhile, cook .
6 Move onions to the sides of the pan, add & saute for 5 minutes per side.
7 Drain juices.
8 Add & mix.
9 Add , cover & cook for 5 about minutes until mushrooms are soft.
10 Drain mushroom juice.
11 Add ,.
12 Increase heat to medium high & cook down sauce, about 8 minutes.
13 Serve over pasta.

    Great flavor, lacks visual appeal (too much brown).
