Stuffed Pork Chops
Description:  The combination of smoked gouda and bacon is an excellent stuffing. The first time I made this recipe, I tried to cook any left-over stuffing in the air fryer but most of it fell through the holes. The next time, I patted the left-over stuffing on top of the pork which made for a very tasty crust.

Excellent but the crust was a little too salty so halved it for next time.

Tasty but a little dry. Need to watch the air fryer carefully because the meat can go from underdone to overdone in a couple of minutes.
