| Description: | Of all the food I had in the Balkans during the 2022 trip, I loved Albanian food the most. Unfortunately, I didn’t get around to recording the best dishes so when I got home, I selected this one to try. The yogurt / egg topping makes the dish unique and it tastes great. | ||

| 2 | Cube into 1" pieces. Cur away most of fat. Season with ,. Toss with 1⁄4 cup . | ||

| Wonderful tonight and with some practice I cut an hour off the first time. Lamb shoulder may not be the best option with the fat and bones. 2 lb packages netted only 1.3 lb. |
