Spinach Gratin | ||
Description: | I made this vegetable recipe for the first time with the intent to freeze and have with future meals. When I cook a new recipe, I generally adhere to the original ingredients and measures, then change according to my own tastes with future preparations. I reduced the 1.5 cups of heavy cream to 3/4 cup and the results were fine. |

My initial impression is that the salt and pepper overwhelmed the rest of the dish. If verified, reduce both. |
